Maya Eco offers free shipping on all orders going to any destination within Kuwait. Please note the shipping times quoted do not include time to pack the order, which usually takes 1 - 2 business days, although typical delivery time is 1 day. Products ship from Kuwait City, Kuwait or Cairo, Egypt.These orders are typically shipped using PostaPlus service, which usually takes between 1 and 5 business days to reach the destination. Holidays typically slow shipping services down.

We accept returns of a new purchase within five days of purchase.

Your return must be in original form of payment. A new purchase is eligible for a full refund. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged.
