Maya is now offering reusable, breathable, non-medical masks. Our masks are created from up-cycled fabrics from our previous collections, featuring double-layer cotton fabric and secure elastic ear loops for a little stretch and a lot of comfort. They are designed to fit over the top of the nose and below the chin.For optimal use, we suggest washing your mask before and after every wear and washing your hands before putting it on and taking it off. Use the loops to put your mask on and pull it off.
For each mask purchased or donated, 100% of our proceeds will support the livelihood of our employees, the manufacturing partners who have supported us throughout our four years in business, including our operations and factory teams. It'll help ensure that we can retain jobs and support a sustainable living for them. We’ve always been focused on making sure that we’re profitable because profitability means we can continue to invest in our people and put sustainability at the core of everything we do.
The donated masks will go to @goodeedsquad.kw which provides financial assistance to those who have been affected during this pandemic. They provide lifesaving support to victims of who lost their job or has had their salary cut. Their services are more important now as we face the COVID-19 pandemic.

They are not intended for use in a medical or clinical setting nor to replace medical-grade PPE and measures recommended by the CDC. They are designed for adult use only and should not be worn by anyone with breathing or respiratory conditions or those unable to remove the mask without assistance.
